Jim Rogers is the Donald Trump of finance in that he lives on perception as opposed to reality. Similar to Trump, Rogers makes the majority of his money from PR, book sales, speaking fees. licensing his name to commodities indexes, and serving on the boards of copyediting scam publications such as those pumped out by the con men at Agora Financial.
If you doubt my claims, get up off your ass and do some research and see for yourself. Those who know me well realize that I'm not wrong about many things.

And remember that Rogers even admits he doesn't understand technical analysis. As I've stated many times in the past, technical analysis is extremely important for commodities and especially important for anyone who does short-term trading.
Perhaps Rogers' poor understanding of technical analysis accounts for the horrendous performance of his agricultural commodity ETN.
Or maybe he's so out of touch with economic reality that he has no clue what's going in. I say both.
Even today Rogers is still pumping agriculture as investments.
I guess when you have a vested interest in promoting commodities you'll serve as a broken clock pitch man; that is if you lack ethics and have no regard for the naive people who listen to you.
