Notice how Wall Street only downgraded the stock after the FTC announced a lawsuit against QCOM and after the share price had already collapsed.
In contrast, not only was Mr. Stathis recommending QCOM as a buy weeks before it soared in April, he also warned investors not to chase the stock but wait for a significant selloff when it was hovering close to $90.
After the FTC announcment caused the share price to collapse on May 21, Mr. Stathis advised investors to buy QCOM again in early June. As you can see from the sell recommendations, this was the time Wall Street was telling clients to sell the stock.
