Why is Stanford University Using Sexual Tactics to Present its COVID Vaccine Propaganda?

Remember, the Stanford people think they're so smart. 

So how were they unable to realize that their use of sexuality in attempt to sway public opinion regarding COVID vaccines actually makes people more doubtful?

Maybe they're not as smart as they think.
