The BAD NEWS.

Effective immediately, we will be assessing a modest charge for all supplementary research videos.

For more than two years we have been providing supplementary videos/webinars in order help subscribers better understand the research. The purpose of these videos/webinars was never to add to the original research but rather to provide detailed explanations of the research that would otherwise not be possible during the monthly research reports.

Mike started these supplementary videos/webinars in order to help research subscribers better unlock the full value of the research by allowing each subscriber to ask questions. These videos/webinars have also enabled Mike to teach critical learning points. However, these videos/webinars were provided at no charge and are not part of the research subscription. They were being provided as a bonus.

During this more than two-year period, Mike did not want to charge extra for these supplementary videos/webinars even though he devoted a great deal of time and energy. But the time has come when we must now charge for these videos. Our operating costs continue to increase as we constantly add more services to our research platform and expand the resources on the website. Creating of the image library alone was quite expensive. And remember of course that we provide Membership at no cost to all research subscribers.

The GOOD NEWS.

1. One Rate Covers All of Your Research Subscriptions.

If you subscribe to three research publications and you would like to purchase access to Supplementary Videos for all three of your research publications, you will pay one rate. The rate you pay will be the same as if you were subscribed to only one research publication.

2. You Will Be Locked-in for the One-Fee, All-Access Supplementary Research.

The terms of the Supplementary Video Package might change in the future such that we may charge individually for supplementary videos for each research publication. However, we will provide a lock-in for the one-fee, all-access Supplementary Research Video Package to those who subscribe in this early launch phase.

The annual rates could increase in the future but so long as you have been granted an all-access lock-in you will only pay one rate (although it might be higher) for access to all research publications for which you are subscribed for the duration of your research subscription.

3. Boot Camp and Securities Analysis Subscribers Receive Generous Discounts.

These discounts apply to research subscribers who have previously purchased these programs. In other words, you must have purchased these programs in order to receive the special discounted rate for the Supplementary Research Video/Webinar Package. It does not matter how long ago you purchased these programs. As long as you have purchased them you will receive the special rate.

The preliminary rates are as follows:

Research Subscribers: $599

Research Subscribers + Boot Camp 1&2: $399

Research Subscribers + Securities Analysis & Trading Webinar: $299

We cannot guarantee that these rates will not increase in 2019 or without warning.

We believe these rates are very reasonable and represent a great value, so we advised you to take subscribe ASAP.

Remember that a single payment covers all supplementary videos/webinars for all of your research subscriptions for the duration of each annual subscription. With each research subscription renewal, you will need to renew your subscription to the Supplementary Research Video/Webinar Package if you wish to continue to receive these videos.

4. You Can Earn Credits to Reduce All Research Fees by Referring People

You can lower the costs you pay for our research while helping us keep prices down which will help us add even more free resources to the website by referring individuals to become Members and Research Clients.

When you refer individuals who end up paying for Membership and/or Research Subscriptions, you will receive a credit in the amount equal to 20% of the purchase to be used towards the purchase of your next research subscription or other services we offer.

Your account will be credited after a six-month delay.

The only requirement is that your name must be listed by the new Member/Client as the individual who provided the referral. This must be submitted by email to us within 24 hours from the time payment has been made.

The Supplementary Research Video/Webinar Package includes all supplementary videos pertaining to all research publications for which you are subscribed to.

You pay one rate to access to all supplementary videos and webinars for the duration of your research subscription(s).

CCPM Forecaster

Dividend Gems

One Rate Covers All of Your Research Subscriptions

If you subscribe to three research publications (for example, Dividend Gems, Intelligent Investor and CCPM Forecaster) and you would like to purchase access to the Supplementary Videos/Webinars for all three of these research publications, you will only pay one rate and this rate will be the same as if you were subscribed to only one research publication.

Your Supplementary Video/Webinar Package Lasts (at Least) as Long as Your Research Subscription*

The important cutoff to remember is 4 months.

If you have 4 months or less remaining on your research subscription and you plan to renew it once it expires, if you decide to purchase to the Supplementary Research Video/Webinar Package, your subscription to this package will cover the remaining time on your research subscription plus the following year once you renew your research subscription (but only if you have 4 months or less remaining on your research subscription). Thus, you will not have to pay for the period of 4 months or less for the Supplementary Research Video/Webinar Package and then pay for the following year once you renewal your research.

If you have 5 months or more remaining on your research subscription and you decide to purchase the Supplementary Research Video/Webinar Package, you will be covered for the remaining duration of your research subscription which in this case would be 5 months or more. You would also receive access to all archived videos for at least the months that have passed when you were not enrolled in the Package. If you decide to renew your research subscription once it expires, you will need to also purchase a new Supplementary Research Video/Webinar Package if you want access to supplementary videos/webinars for this new full 12 month period.

When your research subscription expires, if you renew it you will also need to pay the renewal price for the Supplementary Research Video/Webinar Package. But you only need to pay one fee for all of your research subscriptions.

How Many Supplementary Videos/Webinars Will There Be?

You should not expect the supplementary videos/webinars for each research publication to be published every month. The number of supplementary videos to be published for each research publication over any given 12-month period is unknown, but you are guaranteed to receive at least 3.

Note that the Supplementary Research Video Package only includes videos that directly pertain to the monthly research publication you are subscribed to. However, this does not include all research videos per se. For instance, it does not include extra global economic videos or other special topics.
