Wall Street Wins at the Expense of Main Street; AGAIN

Fresh off the press, Bank of America basically gets a "get out of jail" free card for securities fraud and criminal indictments by BAC and MER executives by sending a few million dollars to the SEC.

I'm curious as to what $33 million will do for thousands of shareholders who lost billions of dollars due to misinformation, lies and deception by BAC and MER.  Adding insult to injury, these criminals are getting bonuses using taxpayer dollars.
